At Bomtopix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging. Items such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., hats, belts, etc.) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

  • How to Return an Item:
    To return an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account on our website.

    2. Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.

    3. Choose the reason for the return and submit your request.

    4. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If the item is returned in a condition that shows signs of use (such as damage or missing original tags), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Some products, such as sale items, personalized items, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for a refund.

3. Exchanges

  • How to Exchange an Item:
    If you received the wrong size or color, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. Please follow the same steps as above to return the item, and specify in the return request that you’d like to exchange it for a different product.

  • Exchange Shipping Costs:
    In case of an exchange for reasons other than defective or incorrect items, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original product. We will cover the cost of shipping for the new item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a full refund or replacement for any items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
